Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BhuVerify (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
BhuVerify is a private platform that aggregates publicly available Maharashtra land records and overlays them on satellite imagery for verification purposes. Reports generated by BhuVerify are not official government publications and are not valid for any legal or regulatory purpose. For certified records, obtain the authoritative copy from the relevant government office.
3. Accuracy
We make reasonable effort to keep data fresh and accurate, but we cannot guarantee correctness, completeness, or timeliness of upstream government data, third-party satellite imagery, or any computed values. Use the Service at your own risk.
4. Credits and refunds
Reports are paid for using credits purchased through the Service. Credits do not expire. Credits are automatically refunded if report generation fails for technical reasons. For unused credits within thirty (30) days of purchase, contact support for a refund.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service: no scraping, no reverse-engineering, no use of the Service to defraud, harass, or harm any individual or entity, and no attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
6. Privacy
We store only what is necessary to deliver the Service: account information, report history, and payment records. We do not sell user data. See our privacy practices on the Contact page or email us for details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BhuVerify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total credits you have purchased in the preceding twelve (12) months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Operator
BhuVerify is built and operated by Cerise Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. All references to "BhuVerify", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Cerise Ventures Private Limited.
